Peter Wokwicz is responsible for providing IT advisory services to organizations for Liberty Technology Advisors, LLC. He is an accomplished and proven Information Technology Executive with over 17 years of experience successfully leading IT functions and efforts. At Tatum LLC Mr. Wokwicz:
· At a large NYC-based financial institution, he was responsible for leading high-profile project analysis, architecture and development efforts and providing overall strategic direction and business alignment recommendations for the IT organization.
· For a mid-sized Silicon Valley Internet company, where he directed the company’s application development, QA, and integration groups.
· For a mid-sized manufacturer, where he led an ERP system reinstallation and provided organizational design and staffing recommendations.
· For a consumer products company, where he provided ERP system planning and overall system infrastructure guidance.
· For a Private Equity Group, where he provided technology analysis, valuation and guidance of an acquisition target.
At Alpine Consulting, Inc., Mr. Wokwicz:
· Directed and responsible for a 55 person Technology Consulting practice.
· Determined strategic and technology direction for the company.
· Provided technical vision and design related to strategy, system architecture and development initiatives.
· Managed primary client relationships, which included project, resource and engagement management.
· Maintained vendor and partner relationships.
· Performed contract review and created RFP and RFQ requests for fixed bid and time and material projects.
· Implemented and managed relationship of offshore partnership for infrastructure and development initiatives.

· Created and maintained internal budget for the consulting practice. Created numerous ROI’s, IT department budgets and large-scale project budgets for clients.

At ThoughtWorks, Inc., Mr. Wokwicz:
· Managed the entire "Integration Consulting Practice". This was a 45 person practice unit.
· Provided project management, resource management, sales and general integration practice operations.
· Managed 3 successful company-wide system integrations using Vitria software for Fortune 50 clients. These projects included business process design and process integration components.
· Managed 2 successful custom system integrations.
· Managed the successful development of a custom financial package.
At Deloitte Consulting, Mr. Wokwicz:
· Managed 11 system implementations. They were all successful and were all completed on or ahead of schedule.
· Managed 2 business process reengineering projects and 2 company reorganizations.
· Managed the development of several customized products, including system integration components and web based front-ends.
· Completed 6 strategic information systems plans for organizations. These included planning their infrastructure, staff structure and skills, and a recommended approach to e-commerce within the organization.
· Managed dynamic staff from 2 to over 30 individuals and managed multiple projects simultaneously.
· Leader in growing Deloitte’s middle-market consulting practice from 2 individuals in 1995 to over 1600 employees. Instrumental in structuring Deloitte’s methodologies, HR and training initiatives.
· Obtained the national “Leadership in Consulting Award” in 1999.
· Member of the Management Advisory Committee (a group of select individuals to represent employee and client issues to the lead partners of the firm).
· Received an “exceeding expectations” grade on each annual evaluation while at Deloitte. This is the highest rating awarded.
At TenMan Systems, Inc., Mr. Wokwicz has:
· 1.5 years consulting experience with TenMan Systems, Inc., a financial software vendor.
· Performed software and hardware setup, installation, testing and support on both AS400 and PC Network platforms.
· Experience includes: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Property Management, Retail Lease Tracking System, Breakpoint Analysis, Job Costing, Fixed Assets, Work Orders, Report Writing and LAN/WAN Communications.
At Galant Services, Inc., Mr. Wokwicz has:
· 3.5 years performing computer hardware and software consulting for law firms.
Mr. Wokwicz holds a B.A. degree in Business Management-Finance from Marquette University. Mr. Wokwicz is a certified as an IBM e-Business Solution Designer and is certified in the Rational toolset.
