John Berglind has over 20 years of experience in management and information technology consulting and business management. Mr. Berglind has a broad financial, management, consulting, and technology background. His work experience includes consulting management positions at Ernst & Young, Managing Director at the SBI Group, Vice President of Consulting at Enterpulse, Inc., co-founder and Partner at Adivi Corporation, CIO of Uniforms to You, a leading tailored apparel manufacturer, and served as CFO for an Intellectual Property consulting and data subscription firm.
Mr. Berglind helps companies design and implement business strategies by leveraging his strengths in information technology, project management, communication, planning, analysis, and organization development. Mr. Berglind's 20 years of cross-industry experience made him an expert in the areas of information and process reengineering. His extensive consulting experience leading practices within SBI.Enteris and Ernst & Young have further broadened his background and given John the insight required to contribute significantly to the rapidly growing area of Corporate Performance Management (CPM) solutions. Using CPM techniques, John has assisted leading organizations across multiple industries with streamlining processes, reducing expenses, and increasing revenues.
Mr. Berglind has worked extensively in the Sarbanes-Oxley area, with specific emphasis in the area of regulation related to Intellectual Property valuation, and has spoken nationally on the subject.
Mr. Berglind helped lead the successful turnaround of a manufacturing company as well as re-engineered business processes in numerous organizations that resulted in substantial cost reductions and profit improvements.

Mr. Berglind holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Math and Economics from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Berglind earned an executive MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
