Joe is a senior executive with progressive experience in management consulting, software integration, business process optimization and Information Technology.  He has significant experience in the Middle Market, Manufacturing and Consumer Products industries.  His experiences include IT restructuring, aligning IT with business strategy and helping clients mine the undiscovered value of ERP systems.

Joel C. Schneider

Joel Schneider is responsible for providing management consulting services and strategic counseling for mid-market organizations at Liberty Technology Advisors, LLC. Since co-founding LTA in 1995, Joel has assisted hundreds of clients to help them achieve their strategic and operational goals.  Joel has over 25 years of experience as a management consultant with a specialty in information systems and operations management.  Joel has extensive experience in strategic systems planning, identifying needs and implementing systems that achieve his clients’ objectives. Joel’s role at LTA is to “live and breathe” ERP.  Joel stays on top of the developments in the ERP industry and assists clients in developing the best ERP strategy to meet his clients current and future business requirements.

Gilbert J. Johnson

Gil Johnson is responsible for providing Business Operations, CIO and IT Advisors services to small and middle market organizations for Liberty Technology Advisors, LLC. He has over 30 years of experience in business and information technology. Gil is a senior Information Services executive with strong general management perspective and he has substantial involvement in corporate p[olicy formulation and business process transformation.Gil exercises sound business judgement coupled with a common sense approach to information technology as a strategic business tool. He also has an extensive background in strategic planning, business process transformtion and development of supporting technoloy plans.

John M. Turcich

John Turcich is responsible for providing IT advisory services to small and middle market organizations for Liberty Technology Advisors, LLC.  He has over 18 years of experience in business and information technology. His area of specialization is Application Software Services. He is a senior executive with experience in defining business requirements, software selection, program and project management for information technology related engagements; establishment and deployment of program management offices (PMO); developing IT Governance structures for organizations; business process engineering and human capital management.

Peter J. Wokwicz

Peter Wokwicz is responsible for providing IT advisory services to organizations for Liberty Technology Advisors, LLC.  He is an accomplished and proven Information Technology Executive with over 17 years of experience successfully leading IT functions and efforts.  His areas of specialization are in agile methodologies, ecommerce, project management, application development, system administration and hosting, Internet technologies, system integration, business process improvement, ERP systems, SOA, PMO, reorganizations and product/project life cycles.  Mr. Wokwicz is also experienced as an acting interim IT executive for several client companies; he is very active in the technology community; and sits on the Board of Directors of 3 technology companies.
